beginning #1

I was born into an inactive lds family, I had a brother that was adopted and five years older than I, Jerry... and I had a sister sandy that is 5 years younger than I and a brother Michael who was 10 years younger than I. at the age of 5 our family moved to Spokane. where my father was staff artist at the air base. we lived in army housing it was a good time of my life. I was taught to work early on.. because mom was a RN and worked the 3 to 11 shift. My first chore was dusting.. Saturday was house cleaning day.. on would go the radio to the classical and opera station and mom and I worked along side of each other.. as I got older i got the job that I hated the most..cleaning the toilet... I and still hear mom yelling " for crying out loud.. your hand isnt going to fall off get in there and scrub.. its clean water..." OH YA.
after the war we moved back to boise.. dad went into the sign business. we camped out in the desert for fun in summers and went to out cabin the the mountains a good time.
School and teachers scared me to death. and still do. I thought I was dumb.. because my dad always told me " you are so dumb" Now I know that I had a learning problem..
My memories of childhood are of fear and fantasy. When I went to bed my imagination went to work and it still does today.. I put myself to sleep with vivid picture stories that are never ending. From the time I could read.. I read... It was and is my escape from the real world into a world of adventure and friends that I never had in real life. Today I know that this is not a good thing. because life is out there and you do need to face the facts and get on with life.

So now you have read this little quip about me and are ready to call in the men in white jackets and pass out the happy pills to me... ha I beat you to it...

I grew up graduated from high school... and went on to school at byu.. in the nursing program a 5 year study of nursing. I completed 2 1/2 years and married my high school sweetheart and dropped out of school to become a mother. and wowo did I become a mother.
more latter...
